For the extension process itself, I came in early and Samantha and her AWESOME assistant Genesis got straight to work! They prepped and colored my hair, as well as colored the extensions to make them an absolutely perfect fit for my hair! They were so sweet during the process, always checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable, and let me tell you they're absolutely hysterical! After a few hours I was all done and my hair has NEVER looked better! Samantha and the team made my experience so much fun and it genuinely feels like you become a part of their salon family! Even after the initial extension installation appointment, Sam has touched base with me several times to make sure everything is going well, and is SUPER easy to get a hold of if I have any questions!
